In order to access the sourceONE service, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to http://www.cosmo-one.gr/en/
2. Click on the tab “LOGIN”.
3. Click the “LOGIN” link under “Marketsite” and select the button "LOGIN" on the next screen.
4. You will be redirected to the cosmoONE Community Manager portal site, where you will have to fill in your credentials in order to log in.
5. After logging in, please select the link “sourceONE” and you will be redirected to the sourceONE application home page.
6. In order to have access to tenders, click on the purple letters of the option tenderONE.
7. After that on the new screen, select from the menu ENGINE -> Public -> Open to find the tender. Alternatively, you may find the tender from the menu ENGINE -> Received -> Open, depending on the creator's options. The new screen that appears is referring to Public Received Tender Open (or Received Tender Open, depending on the selected menu).
8. Search the tender through the filters from the option [show/hide filters]. In case you know the tender number use the 'Title' filter for search and when you find it check the closure date and time. Access the tender by clicking on the title (purple letters).
9. Download the documents provided in the tender by selecting each one of them.
10. In order to participate, select the button ‘I want to participate’ (or Reply, depending on the selected menu). For Public tenders, this is a factor in order to submit questions through the tab Questions –> Clarifications or Messages (check the deadline of the Questions).
11. When the button ‘I want to participate’ is selected, two new buttons appear on the screen ‘Reject’ and ‘Reply’.
12. You answer the tender by selecting the ‘Reply’ button.
