I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

There are two ways to reset the password:

Reset password as an action from the user itself.

Reset password as an action from the Company Account Administrator.

 

Click on the corresponding link that you are interested in.

 

Reset password as an action from the user.

 

  • Click Reset Login Password at the bottom right corner of the screen.

 

 

  • Enter the Username and press Submit.

 

 

  • The following message will appear.

 

 

An email will be sent to you immediately. The time duration of the link in the email is 5 minutes. Otherwise, you must repeat the procedure of reset password.

 

  • Click on the link Link to reset credentials in the e-mail.

  • Enter the new password. The new password must contain:

-  At least 8 characters,

- One number,

- One capital letter,

- One lowercase letter.

  • Confirm Password.
  • Press Submit.

 

 

  • You have now logged into Portal.

 

In case you HAVEN'T confirmed your email address after your registration in the past, then the following message will appear:

 

 

An email will be sent to you immediately. The time duration of the link in the email is 5 minutes. Otherwise, you must repeat the procedure of reset password.

 

 

  • Click on the link Link to e-mail address verification in the email.

You have now logged into Portal.

 

 

Reset password as an action from the Company Account Administrator.

 

  • Login with credentials of the Company Account Administrator.
  • Go to the menu My company -> Users.
  • At the user you wish to reset the password, under the column ‘Actions’, select the icon Password reset.
  • Confirm the message that appears on your screen.

 

 

  • An email will be sent to the user’s declared email address, that will include the username and the link for resetting the password. The time duration of the link in the email is 5 minutes. Otherwise, you must repeat the procedure of reset password.

 

Note: If the user’s email address is not valid anymore, you should edit the user’s details first and change the email address, and then make actions to reset the password.
