Requesting deletion of the Legal or Natural person, you should login with the credentials of the Company Account Administrator.

• Go to menu My company.
• With the scroll bar scroll down at the bottom of the page. Click on the button DELETE.
• Read the terms and accept the deletion of the Legal or Natural person, by clicking on the tickbox: I fully and unreservedly agree with the above and select ACCEPT.
• With the acceptance all users do not have access.

• All users will receive notification email for the deletion request of the company that was submitted.

• The process of deleting the company starts after 5 working days.

In case you wish to cancel your deletion request of the company, send a cancellation request at [email protected] from the Customer Account Administrator’s email, within the specific time period set.
