- To find out who is the Customer Account Administrator of your Legal Entity or Natural Person:
- Go to the option Home in the portal menu
- On the control option (section) My company, scroll down on the right.
- The name of the Company Account Administrator that has been set, will appear on this section.
The Customer Account Administrator has the following duties:
- Approves user's registration in an existing Legal or Natural Person (Company, Trader etc.)
- Updates 'Company Details'.
- Manages 'Users' and their roles.
- Registers a new user at the Legal entity or natural person.
- Updates the email addresses that receive notifications for new e-RFx and e-tenders.
- Updates the categorization of the company according to commercial activities.
- Requests deletion of the Legal entity or natural person.
- Requests deletion of another user of the Legal entity or natural person.
- Registers a Consortium or Association of Companies.
- Deactivates users of the Legal entity or natural person
- Reset the password for another user of the Legal entity.
