• To find out who is the Customer Account Administrator of your Legal Entity or Natural Person:
• Go to the option Home in the portal menu
• On the control option (section) My company, scroll down on the right.
• The name of the Company Account Administrator that has been set, will appear on this section.

The Customer Account Administrator has the following duties:

• Approves user's registration in an existing Legal or Natural Person (Company, Trader etc.)
• Updates 'Company Details'.
• Manages 'Users' and their roles.
• Registers a new user at the Legal entity or natural person.
• Updates the email addresses that receive notifications for new e-RFx and e-tenders.
• Updates the categorization of the company according to commercial activities.
• Requests deletion of the Legal entity or natural person.
• Requests deletion of another user of the Legal entity or natural person.
• Registers a Consortium or Association of Companies.
• Deactivates users of the Legal entity or natural person
• Reset the password for another user of the Legal entity.
